I.J.J.A. Rules, Procedures, and Duties

Vendor Duties

This committee solicits vendors, sends out information regarding vendor options (vendor letter/packet), and assists vendors in setting u booths, requests vendor nametags and conference information. They are available to vendors during the conference to assist them in meeting with conference participants. This person MUST communicate closely with their ICA counterpart and the Treasurer.

(Timelines are only suggested tools to use for those new to the Committees. However, if experienced individuals know of more efficient ways to complete the needed tasks, we are fully supportive of those ideas)

Update these timelines by submitting change of information to Board. President will then hand it in to Web Master.
