List of Duties
1.
Assist the President in filling all Board positions
by locating candidates and obtaining votes from entire
Board.
2.
Create a rooming list and send it to the Vice President
for hotel rooms for scholarship recipients. Know where
the overflow hotels will be at the host site.

the May joint meeting.
4.
After receiving approval from the Board, mail out
the scholarship forms to the general membership on
June 1st.
5.

money for scholarships will be given to IJJA and disseminate
this amount by district.

costs for rooms (based on double occupancy unless
otherwise stated), registration fees, speaker rooms
(single occupancy), judges and elected officials (single
occupancy). Determine the costs for members working
within an hour of the conference site. Those members
will not need rooms.
7.
As scholarship forms are returned, number each one
and file by district.
8.
